1Acceptance#

Any information, prices, rates, quotes, estimates, calculations or availability shown in the Service are for general information only. They may be generated automatically from third-party data and may be delayed, approximate, incomplete or incorrect. 4Accounts#

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
• We may refuse, suspend or close accounts at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

5Purchases and payments#

If the Service offers paid products, subscriptions or services, our Payments and Billing terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy apply, together with the terms of the app store or payment provider used.

6Acceptable use#

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or misleading.

7Your content#

If you submit content, you keep your rights in it but grant us the licence described in our User Content and Community Guidelines, and you are responsible for it.

8Intellectual property#

The Service and its content, design, software, names and logos are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except as these Terms allow, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from them. See our Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy.

9Third-party services and links#

The Service may use or link to third-party services, apps, websites or content. We do not control and are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

10No warranties#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

11Limitation of liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our owners, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, developers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service, these Terms, or your reliance on any information in the Service, however caused and even if advised of the possibility.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000 (or the equivalent in your currency). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Indemnity#

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and the persons listed above from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13Suspension and termination#

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14Changes to the Service and Terms#

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

15Governing law and disputes#

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection law where you live, the courts having jurisdiction over the Operator's principal place of business have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

16General#

• Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• No waiver: failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Entire agreement: these Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement about the Service.
• Language: if these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
