1Licence#
"We", "us" and "our" mean the person or business that operates the app, website or service that links to this page (the "Operator"), as identified in that app or service or on its app-store listing. "You" means anyone who uses the Service.
"Service" means the mobile application, website, product or service that links to this page, including its content, features and updates.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, under this agreement and our Terms and Conditions. The app is licensed, not sold.
2Restrictions#
- Do not copy, modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or distribute the app.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows.
- Do not remove or alter any notices.
- Do not use it in breach of law or of our Acceptable Use Policy.
3Updates#
We may provide updates and may require you to install them to keep using the app. Updates are covered by this agreement.
4Apple App Store terms#
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, has no warranty obligation other than to refund the purchase price (if any) if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of restricted parties.
5Google Play terms#
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Google is not responsible for the app.
6Termination#
This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the app.
7Disclaimer and liability#
The no-warranty, limitation of liability and indemnity sections of our Terms and Conditions apply to the app.
