Account and Data Deletion

1Your right to deletion#

"We", "us" and "our" mean the person or business that operates the app, website or service that links to this page (the "Operator"), as identified in that app or service or on its app-store listing. "You" means anyone who uses the Service.

"Service" means the mobile application, website, product or service that links to this page, including its content, features and updates.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

2How to request deletion#

• If the Service has a delete-account option in its settings, use it.
• Otherwise, contact us using the details shown in the Service or its app-store listing, with the subject "Delete my account", from the email or phone number linked to your account, or with enough details to identify the account.
• We may verify your identity before acting on the request.

3What we delete#

Your account profile, login identifiers and personal data linked to the account, normally within 30 days of a verified request, including from active systems. Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.

4What we may keep#

Information we must keep to meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our terms, for as long as required. Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you.

5Data on your device#

Data stored only on your device, such as cached content and preferences, is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings.

6App store and third-party data#

Purchase records held by Apple, Google or payment providers are managed by them. Contact them to request deletion of data they hold.

Contact us using the contact details shown in the Service or on its app-store listing. Please include enough information for us to identify you and understand your request.
