1Scope#
"We", "us" and "our" mean the person or business that operates the app, website or service that links to this page (the "Operator"), as identified in that app or service or on its app-store listing. "You" means anyone who uses the Service.
"Service" means the mobile application, website, product or service that links to this page, including its content, features and updates.
These terms apply to any paid product, service, subscription, in-app purchase or order made through the Service, together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2Prices#
Prices are shown in the Service or at checkout before you pay. Prices, offers and availability may change at any time without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed, except in case of obvious error. 3Errors#
If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after confirmation.
4Taxes#
Prices may or may not include applicable taxes such as GST or VAT, as stated at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges required by law that are not included.
5Payment methods and processors#
Payments are processed by third parties such as Apple, Google or payment gateways. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We do not store full card or bank details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
6App store purchases#
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds, billing issues and cancellations for these purchases are handled by them, subject to their policies.
7Subscriptions and auto-renewal#
- Subscriptions start when payment is confirmed and renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, unless cancelled before renewal.
- You can cancel at any time in your app-store account settings or as described in the Service. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- We will give notice of price changes where the law or app store requires it.
8Failed payments#
If a payment fails, we or the app store may retry it, suspend paid features, or cancel the order or subscription.
9Chargebacks and fraud#
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent payments or unjustified chargebacks.
10Invoices and records#
Receipts are provided by the app store, payment provider or the Service. Keep them for your records.
